This position is for entirely into python automation development we look for a python developer candidate with a storage domain.

Experience: 8 to 10 years

Must have skills: Good in Python programming and  network storage domain like SAN, NAS, DAS etc.

Job description:

·     Leading a QA team engineers spread across multiple geographical locations ensuring quality and on-time delivery.

·     6+ yrs strong hands-on in Python QA backend automation.

·     Experience in identifying functional and technical gaps by coming up with designing, building, and improving automated test cases.

·     Experience with Linux , N/W and Basic Operating system backend knowledge

·     Hands-on in virtualization

·     Have involved in deployment and orchestration of servers, storage, switches and other data center systems.

·     Technical leadership in identifying defect management and test management tools and process.

·     Provided technical leadership to develop and implement test strategies and quality processes.

·     CI/CD experience including use of Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins or other similar CI/CD tools and platforms.

·     Clearly communicates QA results, concerns, and project status to management and stakeholders in a timely manner.

·     Must be able to attend frequent meetings outside of standard working hours, to accommodate teams in other time zones.

·     Involve in project planning by scoping & prioritization the work and mitigating risks to ensure timely deliverables.

·     Preparing Test Coverage Matrices, holding bug triages, test case reviews, and product demos.

·     Handling test driven development project

·     Exposure with test automation framework such as junit, robot framework 

·     Exposure with web automation framework such as selenium for UI testing

·     Preparing test plan for integration and cross-functional tests

·     Experience in Ceph, Openstack.

Nice to have:

•     Working in Cloud deployment

•     RESTful API usage and test experience

·     Knowledge of Dockers, Kubernetes, and microservices is added advantage
