Job Overview:

A software product manager with prior experience in building SaaS software products, with

an overall experience in the 5 - 8 year range. The product manager will be responsible for

driving the product strategy, roadmap, and functional execution of customer projects. This

role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX,

marketing & sales, to define and deliver products that meet customer needs.

The product manager will leverage their experience to understand market trends, customer

pain points and emerging technologies to deliver value.Their ability to translate complex

business requirements into actionable product features will be critical to the success of the

team.

Key Responsibilities:

● Product Strategy: Assist product leadership in developing a clear product vision and

strategy that aligns with market needs.

● Roadmap Planning: Lead the creation and management of the product roadmap,

prioritizing features and enhancements that will meet customer and market needs in

the most efficient way.

● Product Development: Create clear epics and features for junior analysts to translate

into detailed stories that articulate business requirements with clarity

● Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with engineering, UX/design, marketing,

and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of the product development lifecycle.

Serve as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and decisions

● Product Releases and Communications: Facilitate the rollout of new features through

alpha, beta, and general availability stages by working closely with customer-facing

teams, analyzing feature impact, and preparing necessary communications.

● Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify

trends, opportunities, and potential threats. Use this data to inform product decisions

and strategies.

● Customer Engagement: Engage with customers regularly to gather feedback,

understand their needs, and validate product ideas. Act as the representative for

customers in the assigned product area, taking responsibility for the end-to-end

customer journey and touchpoints.

● Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance metrics to assess

the success of program/product initiatives. Make data-driven decisions to optimize

product features and user experience.

● Leadership: Mentor and guide junior product managers / business analysts and

other team members. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous

improvement within the product team.
