Roles and Responsibilities:

Associates will be required to support end users (advertisers) on issues related to their accounts on Google Ads - Billing, policy and other operational issues. Support through all channels - Phone, Chat (highest %) and email.

Eligibility Criteria:

2020, 2021,2022 & 2023 batch any degree

A Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG

0-1 year experience candidates.

Open only to Indian nationals.

Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India and work in any shift or domain

Strong written and verbal communication

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills combined with impeccable business judgment and industry knowledge.
