Job Overview

We are hiring a Process Executive for Mazenet solution, a leading IT service company with 201-500 employees. As a Process Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer service and support tasks. This is a full-time position located in Gurgaon, Haryana, India. We are looking for a Fresher with less than 1 year of experience.

Job Details:

Designation: Process Executive 

CTC: INR 3.5 LPA

Job Location: Gurgaon

Training Duration: 27 Days 

Shift: Rotational

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end user's Google Ads accounts. 
• Support End users on issues related to their accounts on Google Ads Billing, Policy, and other operational issues through all channels – Chat (Highest %), Email & Phone. 
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends. 
• Provide new strategies to the end user for hassle-free Google Ads promotions.

Mode: Virtual(From client)

Level 1:Telephonic Interview

Level 2: Aptitude Test

Level 3: HR Discussion

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2020, 2021 & 2022, 2023 batch of any degree.

• Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG.

• Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond year experience candidates.

• Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India and work in any shift or domain.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Knowledge of Google’s ad product.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and industry knowledge
