We are hiring MS SQL Tech Support  for one of our clients.

Role: MS SQL Tech Support

Location: Pune, Goa, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Nagpur, Noida, Gurgaon, Indore, Mumbai, Ahmedabad, Kolkata

Notice: Immediate to 30 Days

Experience: 5 to 8 Years 

JD:

MSSQL Support – SNOW, troubleshooting data, Excel/VBA Macros, Cognos

Exp on ticketing tool is must- Pref SNOW

• Ability to create/modify SQL queries (MS SQL, Oracle, etc.)

    • Experience analyzing data and troubleshooting data related issues

    • Ability to create/modify Cognos reports

    • Ability to analyze application log files/tables for troubleshooting purposes

    • Experience troubleshooting integrations - APIs, web services, FTP, etc.

    • Passion to identify and suggest process improvements, performance optimizations, etc.

    • Experience with Excel/VBA Macros

    • Experience with IT Support Documentation, RCA, Knowledgebase updates, ServiceNow Incident & Request
