Role Overview:

The Senior Machine Learning Engineer will be at the forefront of developing and refining

the core AI algorithms and Machine Learning models that power our plant disease

detection application. This role involves extensive work with image processing and

analysis, leveraging our vast disease image database to enhance the accuracy and

efficiency of disease diagnosis.

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the development and optimization of Computer Vision algorithms and ML

models for identifying and classifying crop diseases.

 Work with a rich dataset of images, enhancing and expanding our machine

learning capabilities.

 Implement advanced image processing techniques to accurately analyze crop

images uploaded by farmers.

 Continuously refine ML models to improve accuracy and adapt to new disease

patterns, ensuring the application remains at the cutting edge of agritech

solutions.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI/ML features into the

application, maintaining a focus on user-centric design and global scalability.

 Contribute to the expansion of our disease image database and data library,

ensuring comprehensive coverage of crop diseases.

 Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and Computer Vision,

applying innovative techniques to advance our solution.

Qualifications:

 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or a

related field.

 6-8 years of experience in machine learning and computer vision, with a proven

track record in image processing and analysis.

 Proficient in programming languages relevant to AI/ML development (e.g.,

Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

 Experience with large-scale image datasets and familiarity with data

augmentation techniques.

 Strong understanding of the latest ML modeling techniques and their practical

application.

 Excellent problem-solving abilities and a commitment to innovation in the

agritech sector.

 Fluent in English, with multilingual capabilities being a significant plus.
