Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Java Senior Associate to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, hybrid role with job locations available in Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, and Kalka. The ideal candidate will have up to 10 years of experience and will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality applications using Java technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in Java programming (Mandatory skill) with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
• Hands-on experience with microservices (Mandatory skill), including designing, building, and maintaining scalable applications.
• Extensive knowledge of springboot (Mandatory skill) framework for creating efficient and secure applications.
• Proficiency in Kafka, with the ability to implement messaging solutions and real-time data streams.
• Familiarity with Angular for building dynamic and responsive web applications.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process, including the ability to participate in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Java applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and functionalities.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications by identifying and resolving issues and bottlenecks.
• Work closely with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to optimize deployment pipelines and ensure robust application performance in production environments.
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior developers to ensure best practices and coding standards are maintained.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and actively contribute to the improvement of team processes and standards.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
• Contribute to the documentation of application features, technical designs, and development processes.
