We are seeking an experienced IAM (Identity and Access Management) professional specializing in Aveksa for our Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Gurgaon, and Pune locations. This is a Full-Time, Fixed-Term employment opportunity. Candidates are expected to have strong expertise in RSA IMG, Aveksa, and SailPoint IIQ.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience with RSA IMG, Aveksa, and SailPoint IIQ (Mandatory skill).
• Hands-on expertise in IAM design, development, and architecture.
• Ability to integrate various IAM solutions efficiently with existing systems.
• Strong understanding of IAM frameworks and security best practices.
• Experience in role-based access control (RBAC) and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities in IAM contexts.
• Good understanding of data security and privacy regulations relevant to IAM.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders and teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement IAM solutions using RSA IMG, Aveksa, and SailPoint IIQ.
• Develop and maintain architecture for the organization's IAM systems.
• Integrate new IAM services with existing applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborate with security, IT, and development teams to define IAM requirements.
• Monitor and manage IAM system performance and security.
• Provide IAM-related support and expertise during security incidents.
• Ensure compliance with relevant IAM policies and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct IAM system audits and maintain accurate documentation.
