Job Overview

The Skill Evaluator is responsible for mobilizing and orienting Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for

the evaluation of freshers who have completed the training program. This role involves liaising

with Business Unit (BU) contacts to gather SME details, effectively communicating the training

content and objectives to SMEs, and ensuring a supportive evaluation process for freshers. The

ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the training curriculum and be able to

articulate technical aspects clearly while fostering a positive experience for freshers during

evaluations.
