Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Data Modeller to join our team at Mazenet solution. This is a Full-Time, Mid-Level position located in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have a maximum of 6 years of work experience and will play a critical role in designing and maintaining data structures and systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Data Modeling (Mandatory skill)
• Strong knowledge of SQL (Mandatory skill)
• Experience in Database Design including creating and maintaining database schemas and tables
• Understanding of ETL processes and tools for data extraction, transformation, and loading
• Experience in Data Warehousing principles and best practices
• Familiarity with Data Visualization tools and techniques
• Knowledge of Normalization and data organization techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively with teams to collect, refine, and implement data requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement database models to support company applications and data analysis needs
• Create and maintain efficient database schemas to ensure data integrity and optimize performance
• Collaborate with ETL developers to ensure data is accurately extracted, transformed, and loaded into data systems
• Develop and maintain data warehousing solutions to support business intelligence activities
• Ensure data models are in line with business requirements and technical standards
• Monitor and optimize database performance and scalability
• Provide support and guidance to other team members on data modeling best practices
• Participate in data governance activities to ensure data quality and compliance
