Designation: Process Executive 

Job Location: Gurgaon

Training Duration: 22 Days 

Shift: Rotational 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the end user's Google Ads Billing and policy accounts. 
• Support End users on issues related to their accounts on Google Ads Billing, Policy, and other operational issues through all channels – Chat, Email & Phone. 
• Stay updated with Google Ads trends. 
• Provide new strategies to the end user for hassle-free Google Ads promotions.

Eligibility Criteria:

• 2020, 2021 & 2022, 2023 batch of any degree.

• Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG.

• Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond year experience candidates.

• Flexible to relocate to anywhere in India and work in any shift or domain.

• Strong written and verbal communication.

• Knowledge of Google’s ad product.
