Designation: Process Executive
Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the end user's Ads accounts.
Support End users on issues related to their accounts on Ads Billing, Policy, and other operational issues through all channels – Chat (Highest %), Email & Phone.
Stay updated with Ads trends.
Provide new strategies to the end user for hassle-free Ads promotions.
Interview Details:
Level 1:Telephonic Interview
Level 2: Aptitude Test
Level 3: HR Discussion
Eligibility Criteria:
• 2020, 2021 & 2022, 2023 batch of any degree.
• Consistent academic record of 50% in 10th, 12th, UG.
• Maximum of 2 years of gap in education and not beyond year experience candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Knowledge of ad product.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgement and industry knowledge
