Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Management Lead to join our team. This senior-level position requires a seasoned professional with a minimum of 7 years to a maximum of 10 years of relevant work experience. The job location includes Chennai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, and Pune, with a hybrid work model and a contract-to-hire employment type for (INFOSYS).


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in DYNAMICS CRM 365 (Mandatory skill) with a deep understanding of system components and configurations.
  • Experience with RIBBON, including customization and enhancements in CRM systems to streamline workflows.
  • Ability to develop and manage Plugins within the Microsoft Dynamics CRM environment to extend the system's capabilities.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Power Automate for creating automated workflows and improving operational efficiencies.
  • In-depth knowledge of DYNAMICS CRM SALES and SERVICE MODULE to manage and optimize customer engagement and service delivery.
  • Expertise in PCF CONTROL development for creating innovative, custom controls that enhance the user experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex business requirements and translate them into effective CRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders effectively.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead the deployment and customization of Dynamics CRM 365 solutions to meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM systems with other business applications.
  • Develop custom Plugins, RIBBONS, and PCF CONTROLS to enhance functionalities and improve user experience.
  • Utilize Microsoft Power Automate to create robust workflows that automate routine processes.
  • Monitor and optimize CRM SALES and SERVICE MODULE functionalities to drive customer satisfaction and support business objectives.
  • Proactively identify areas for process improvement within CRM systems and recommend solutions.
  • Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the effectiveness and adoption of CRM tools.
  • Maintain documentation for CRM configurations, customizations, and workflows for future reference and audits.
