Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Associate Projects for our Ruby Automation team, specializing in Selenium and Cucumber. This role is based in multiple locations including Chennai, Pune, Kolkata, Bangalore Urban, and Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Ruby programming and test automation.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Ruby programming (Mandatory skill)
• Expertise in test automation (Mandatory skill)
• Strong background in software development practices
• Exceptional problem-solving capabilities
• Keen attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Experience working with Agile methodology
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience- 3+ Years ( Relevant 2+)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Ruby, Selenium, and Cucumber
• Collaborate with the software development team to understand project requirements and scope
• Identify and report bugs and issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
• Execute automated tests and analyze the results to provide detailed reports
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the test automation framework
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in test automation
• Work within Agile teams, participating in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives
