About the role:
We are seeking a Guest Relation Executive with at least 2 years of relevant experience to deliver top-notch service to our clients. Your main focus is to ensure that our guests are content and happy with their experience.
Your role involves creating a warm and welcoming environment, building meaningful connections with customers, and representing our brand with exceptional customer service. You will handle inquiries and complaints with care, constantly striving to improve the overall customer experience.
About the company:
The company is one of the largest manufacturers, importers & exporters of Marble. They have varieties of over 900 marbles, sourced from over 45 countries & exported to over 66 countries. They have completed over 50,000 projects, both residential & commercial including for their domestic & international clients. They use eco-friendly procedures to build their marble & have over 150 dealers in India. They have their Marble boutique, 9th Avenue, known as the World's Largest Stone Gallery.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Welcome & greet customers with a pleasant attitude so as to enhance the Brand image.
- Assist in managing front office and customer relations.
- Assist customers in identifying their needs and preferences to offer suitable products or services.
- Attend to distinguished visitors (such as VIPs) and respond to their questions.
- Provide product information, specifications, and pricing to help customers make informed decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a prompt and courteous manner, aiming for quick resolutions.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and retention by building a strong rapport with visitors.
- Assist customers in completing purchases, handling payments, and issuing receipts.
- Coordinate with the sales team to follow up with potential customers and gather feedback on their experiences.
- Upselling and Cross-Selling
- Be fully informed of our brand's products as well as those of our competitors.
- Upgrade personal and company image to stimulate maximum customer appeal.
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience as a Guest Relations Officer
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- An outgoing personality
- Computer literacy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Outstanding communication abilities and interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Ability to handle stressful situations and problem-solve effectively
- Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is advantageous
Commitments:
- Full-time - 10 am to 6 pm
- Monday to Saturday (work from the office)
