Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Tableau Administrator
• Strong knowledge of Tableau server architecture and administration
• Experience in managing user access, security, and permissions in Tableau
• Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Tableau server performance issues
• Ability to collaborate effectively with business users and understand their reporting requirements
• Experience in designing and developing Tableau reports and visualizations
• Knowledge of data integration and ETL processes with Tableau
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Certification in Tableau administration is preferred

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Tableau server environment, including user access, security, and system configurations
• Monitor and troubleshoot Tableau server performance issues, resolving any technical problems that arise
• Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting and analytical needs, and provide technical support and guidance
• Create and manage Tableau workbooks, dashboards, and data sources
• Design and develop Tableau reports and visualizations to support business requirements
• Assist in the implementation and integration of Tableau with other systems and applications
• Perform regular data backups and ensure data integrity within the Tableau server
• Stay up-to-date with the latest Tableau features, best practices, and industry trends
