Qualifications and Skills

• 4-6 years of experience in software quality assurance
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#
• Experience in testing web-based and mobile applications
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and implement the overall testing strategy for our software products
• Develop and maintain the test automation framework
• Define and implement best practices for test planning, test execution, and test reporting
• Lead and mentor a team of QA engineers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software releases
• Identify and prioritize testing requirements based on project timelines and customer needs
• Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to improve the testing process
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
• Identify, analyze, and report software defects and anomalies
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes
