Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as a Receptionist or similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Customer-oriented with a pleasant and professional demeanor
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer and direct phone calls
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Manage appointments and schedule meetings
  • Maintain the cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
  • Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
  • Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and payment tracking
  • Coordinate with external vendors for office supplies and maintenance
  • Assist in organizing company events and meetings
  • Ensure compliance with security procedures and guidelines
