Qualifications and Skills

• Executive: More than 10 years of experience in the field of instrumentation engineering
• Strong knowledge of oil and gas industry practices and standards
• Expertise in electronic instrumentation and control systems
• Proficiency in instrumentation design software and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prepare and interpret instrument datasheets, specifications, and documentation
• Experience with programmable logic controllers (PLC) and distributed control systems (DCS)
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Attention to detail and strong analytical skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Designing, developing, and implementing instrumentation systems and control strategies based on project requirements
• Conducting feasibility studies and cost analysis for instrumentation systems
• Leading and supervising the installation, testing, and commissioning of instruments and control systems
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues with instrumentation systems
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams and contractors for successful project execution
• Preparing and reviewing technical documentation, including specifications, datasheets, and manuals
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations
• Providing technical support and guidance to team members and clients
• Staying updated with the latest developments in instrumentation technology and recommending improvements
• Conducting training sessions and workshops for team members and clients
