BMS OPERATOR

MULTIPLE LOCATION : BANGALORE, HYDERABAD AND CHENNAI

Qualifications and Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• Proven experience of 4 to 6 years in BMS operations
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of building systems and equipment
• Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting BMS software and hardware
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the Building Management System (BMS) to ensure the effective functioning of all building systems
• Monitor and control HVAC, electrical, and mechanical systems through the BMS
• Perform regular inspections of building equipment and systems to identify any abnormalities or issues
• Respond promptly to alarms and system failures, and take appropriate actions to resolve them
• Coordinate with maintenance staff and external vendors for any repairs or servicing required
• Collect and analyze data from the BMS to identify energy-saving opportunities and improve system efficiency
• Generate reports on system performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company guidelines
• Provide training and guidance to junior BMS operators, as required
