Sales Coordinator - Maxwell Engineering Solutions Private Limited, Vadodara, Gujarat

Job Roles & Responsibilities:

• Purchase Order review /verification for agreed price and payments terms and accordingly prepare Performa Invoice
• Order Processing: Processing orders received from clients.
• Payment follow-up
• Techno-commercial proposal preparation and submission.
• Follow up with clients on submitted offers.
• Analyzing existing and potential clients and maintain a database.
• Prepare sales records quarter wise and update to management.
• Database Management: Organizing and maintaining databases, including customer records and sales data.
• Planning, Coordinating, Managing for the trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences
• Figuring out the competitive landscape and working closely with SEO team
• Evaluating the marketing tools based on current needs and preparing the same

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent experience
• 1 - 2+ years' experience in sales
• Well-organized strategic planning and problem-solving
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
