Sales Coordinator - Maxwell Engineering Solutions Private Limited, Vadodara
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
· Purchase Order review /verification for agreed price and payments terms and accordingly prepare Performa Invoice
· Order Processing: Processing orders received from clients.
· Payment follow-up
· Techno-commercial proposal preparation and submission.
· Follow up with clients on submitted offers.
· Analyzing existing and potential clients and maintain a database.
· Prepare sales records quarter wise and update to management.
· Database Management: Organizing and maintaining databases, including customer records and sales data.
· Planning, Coordinating, Managing for the trade fairs, exhibitions, and conferences
· Figuring out the competitive landscape and working closely with SEO team
· Evaluating the marketing tools based on current needs and preparing the same
Qualifications
- Bachelor's/master's degree or equivalent experience
- 1 - 2+ years' experience in sales
- Well-organized strategic planning and problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
