We are seeking a confident, proactive, and goal-oriented Telecaller to join our company. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving our sales by engaging with prospective clients, providing information about our real estate projects, and setting up site visits.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and follow up on inquiries.
• Provide detailed information about ongoing real estate projects and services.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.
• Understand client requirements and suggest appropriate real estate options.
• Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, inquiries, and feedback.
• Achieve monthly call targets and follow-up goals.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions promptly.

Candidate Profile

• 3-4 years of experience in telecalling, preferably in the real estate sector.
• Good communication skills in Hindi and English.
• Ability to persuade and convince potential clients.
