Job Description:

• Conducting market research to identify new trends and customer preferences, as well as analysing sales data to understand consumer behaviour.

• Assisting with the creation of marketing plans, including identifying target markets, developing promotional materials, and coordinating advertising and promotional activities.

• Collaborating with other departments such as sales, production, and distribution to ensure that marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business objectives.

• Maintaining the company's social media presence by creating engaging content and responding to customer inquiries.

• Monitoring competitor activity and identifying opportunities to differentiate the company's products and services from those of competitors.

• Assisting with the organization of events and trade shows to promote the company's products and services.

Tracking the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the Marketing Manager.
