Job Location: Bangalore

Job Description: 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct detailed business analysis to identify improvement opportunities, efficiencies, and potential growth areas.

2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, supply chain, and finance) to understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements.

3. Design and develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to track performance metrics and provide actionable insights.

4. Analyze sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior to support the development of product strategies.

5. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes, providing data-driven insights to inform decision making.

6. Support project management activities, ensuring projects are on track and within budget.

7. Conduct market research to understand competitor strategies and market trends.

8. Engage in continual learning about the CPG industry, our business, and technology.

Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration, IT, Statistics, or a related field.

2. 0-3 years of experience in business analysis / QA / Development.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.

4. Ability to adopt new technologies and write algorithms

5. Ability to learn business operations

6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly convey complex ideas to various stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience with SQL and/or other data analysis tools is a plus.

2. Exposure to project management concepts and tools.

• 3. Familiarity with ERP systems such as D365, SAP, Oracle, etc.
