We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, including product listings, inventory management, and Seller Support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce operations and excellent organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Management:
• Create and maintain product listings with accurate information and images.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory team to ensure timely stock replenishment.
• Strategy Development:
• Monitor sales performance and work towards.
• Develop strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.
• Data Analysis and Reporting:
• Use analytics tools to track and report on sales performance, and customer behaviour.
• Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive business growth.
• Prepare regular performance reports for senior management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree and Equivalent.
• Minimum of 6 Month of experience in e-commerce platforms. (e.g. Flipkart & Meesho).
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Knowledge of Canva, Seller Support and Product Listing.
