JOB PROFILE:

Designation: Ecommerce Operation Executive

Location: Sapana Sangeeta Road, Tower Square, Indore, MP

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Computer literacy with working knowledge of MS Office
• Salary: As per the industry norms

Responsibilities:

• Conduct NDR calling and manage Non-Delhivery Reports for efficient resolution.
• Perform order confirmation calling, gather feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Create engaging graphics including posts, infographics, and banners.
• Update product listings with accurate information and images.
• Convert images to different formats as needed.

Skill Required:

• Graduate with 1+ years of experience in the sales domain.
• Effective communication skills
• Attitude & Aptitude for Business growth by building good business relations with vendors.
• Generate and increase business through the sellers on our ecommerce platform.
• Seller operations: Work with sellers and internal stakeholders to improve operational elements of sellers’ business on MavshackLive to ensure great buyer experience.
