Job Overview
We are looking for a Sales Officer to join our team at Mavericks Education. As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our online education platform. This is a full-time position based in Purulia, West Bengal, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education industry.
Qualifications and Skills
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and target-driven
- Knowledge of area sales, FMCG sales, retail channel sales, primary sales, selling, and distributor handling
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Identify and approach potential customers to promote and sell our online education platform
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to drive sales initiatives
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to track progress and make data-driven decisions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall company revenue growth
