We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Mavericks Education. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, establishing and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Self-motivated and target-driven individual
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Good understanding of online education platforms or the higher education industry
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Understand client needs and offer suitable solutions and services
  • Meet or exceed sales targets on a monthly basis
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients
  • Negotiate and close deals with clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions
