Description

We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our project team. Your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. You will report directly to the project manager. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to technical or non-technical users.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the technical and functional flow of the project (App or website)
• Define project requirements/business rules, and ensure alignment with development teams.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, used cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
• Evaluate risks related to requirements implementation, testing processes, project communications, and training.
• According to client requirements, provide Ball Park Estimation or prepare a featured listing of requirements and share with developers to take an estimated hour for the customized requirement.
• Prepare Project Proposal, Project Contract Document, Project Plan, SOW.
• Draft and maintain business requirements with proper documentation and align them with functional and technical requirements.
• Facilitate meetings with the product manager to document requirements and explore potential solutions. Assisting and supporting the developers in their daily task understanding.
• Help sales team in analyzing requirements, creating wireframes, and documenting them.
• Ensuring that relevant management information is captured and analyzed.
• Can develop realistic action plans with time schedules, critical dates, resources, and cost estimates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of proven work experience in web and mobile app-related projects.
• Knowledge of Scrum Agile Methodology
• Capable of handling multiple responsibilities independently.
• Should possess excellent verbal & written communication skills
• Results-oriented - Strives to achieve high levels of individual and organizational performance.
• In-depth knowledge of Software Development Life-cycle and concepts of software engineering
• Any graduate or master degree holder
