  • Manage and optimize the company website for lead generation and user experience.

  • Create engaging content (written, visual, and potentially audio/video) across various platforms (website, social media, email marketing) to promote study abroad programs and destinations.

  • Brand awareness and positive sentiment online.

  • Generate reports and identify key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of digital marketing initiatives.

  • Track and analyze website traffic, social media engagement, and campaign performance using analytics tools.

  • Utilize SEO best practices to improve the website's organic search ranking and visibility.

  • Improvement in website conversion rates (e.g., program inquiries, brochure downloads).

  • Growth in social media engagement (followers, likes, shares).

  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to generate qualified leads and maximize return on investment (ROI).


System Administration:


  • Install, configure, and maintain servers, network devices, and software applications to ensure optimal performance and availability.

  • Monitor system performance and identify potential issues, taking proactive steps to resolve them and prevent downtime.

  • Implement and maintain IT security measures to safeguard sensitive data and systems from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

User Support:


  • Provide timely and effective technical support to staff, students, and program participants, addressing their IT-related inquiries and issues.

  • Develop and maintain user documentation and training materials to help users navigate our IT systems and applications effectively.

  • Proactively identify and address user needs, seeking feedback to continuously improve our IT services.

Technology Integration:


  • Research and evaluate new technologies that can enhance program delivery, student support, and operational efficiency.

  • Recommend, implement, and manage the integration of new technologies with existing infrastructure.

  • Stay updated on emerging trends in educational technology and ensure our IT infrastructure remains competitive and adaptable.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):



  • User Satisfaction: Maintain a 90% satisfaction rating from users regarding IT support services.

  • Security Incident Response: Resolve all security incidents within 24 hours with minimal data loss or disruption.

  • Technology Implementation: Successfully implement 2 new technology initiatives per year within budget and on schedule.
