We are looking for an educational counselor who is good at communication especially in English and regional language kannada is compulsory.. Hindi and Telugu are optional.

Should have the knowledge of computer and also should be aware of handling Excel and Google sheets Duties & Responsibilities

• Counsellors are generally office based but occasionally will need to travel to local schools and
• colleges for conducting workshops and seminars
• Counsellors can sometimes be expected to network and socialise with a range of stakeholders
• and customers to build and maintain relationships
• A formal dress code, cheerful attitude and maintaining a congenial working environment are strict
• requirements.
• Occasionally travel to other locations (branches) may be required for 2-3 days for the training/
• workshop/ exhibitions; depending on the assignment, the role may demand domestic travel to
• schools in India.

Tasks

• Offer students information
• information on our programs and courses, fee structure, admission requirements and other
• information.
• Conduct detailed profile assessment of students studying and
• accordingly assist in shortlisting design universities and colleges that fits their profile.
• Advise students on career choices available and universities that offer relevant programs.
• Network with a range of stakeholders including schools, colleges, universities and training
• centres.
• Communicate with target audiences and manage customer relationship.
• Effective follow-up with prospective students.
• Mentor students through resolving queries and other issues.
• Responsible for maintaining and updating registers and student database at branch level.
• Conduct market research, for example using customer questionnaires and focus groups.
• Support the operations manager and other colleagues.
