Interfacing with Developers, Architects, and Consultants in the market to augment the sales in Major projects segment

To generate new enquiries, study the project requirements, generation and submission of techno-commercial offer, negotiation and subsequent follow up with customers to conclude the contracts
3
Assisting team to finalize the contracts to meet the targets; Team management and coaching;
4
Expansion of sales for Domestic and Import product line with maintaining the profitability through KAM customers
5
To follow up with customers / consultants / architects for approval of layout, specifications and finishes;
6
To raise and submit timely invoices to customers as per the conditions of contract to collect the payments till material at site on time; and to follow up with customers for receipt of LC wherever involved;
7
To handle KAM accounts PAN India
