We are committed to delivering robust solutions to our clients and are looking for a skilled Upwork Bidding Expert to join our team and help us grow our client base on the Upwork platform.

Position Overview:

The Upwork Bidding Expert will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities on Upwork. This role involves crafting compelling proposals, coordinating wiht the Founder & CTO in communicating effectively with potential clients, and chasing deals to meet our business development goals. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the Upwork platform, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in online bidding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify Opportunities: Regularly search and identify relevant projects on Upwork for MEAN, MERN, Python, Vue, Web Development, and UI/UX that align with our services and capabilities.
• Craft Proposals: Write customized, compelling, and persuasive proposals tailored to each client's needs and project requirements.
• Client Communication: Communicate effectively with potential clients to understand their requirements, answer their questions, and provide necessary information about our services after coordinating with the Founder.
• Coordination: Compel the client to have a zoom call / google meet conference with the CTO or a designated member of the MarsDevs team.
• Negotiation: Negotiate project terms, timelines, and budgets with clients to secure favorable contracts.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to understand project details and ensure proposals accurately reflect our capabilities and strengths.
• Performance Tracking: Track and report on bidding success rates, conversion rates, and other relevant KPIs to continuously improve the bidding process.

Qualifications & Preference:

• Proven experience as an Upwork Bidding Expert or in a similar role, with a successful track record of securing projects on Upwork.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong understanding of Upwork's platform, including its bidding process and best practices.
• Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive proposals.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple bids and projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Custom Mobile and Web application development services is a must.
