Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate AI Specialist to join our growing team. You will play a key role in leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies, such as Large Language Models (LLMs) and OpenAI, to develop and implement intelligent chatbots, workflows, and automations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), machine learning (ML), and a desire to apply these technologies to solve real-world problems.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement AI-powered chatbots using platforms like OpenAI to enhance customer experience, answer inquiries, and automate tasks.
• Design and build intelligent workflows leveraging LLM capabilities to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
• Train and fine-tune LLMs for specific use cases, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and user satisfaction.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems and platforms to create seamless user experiences.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI models, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI and NLP, exploring new applications and technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, marketing) to understand business needs and translate them into effective AI solutions.
• Document and maintain clear technical documentation for AI projects.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing chatbot solutions.
• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and techniques.
• Working knowledge of machine learning (ML) fundamentals and methodologies.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) like OpenAI is a plus.
• Experience integrating AI solutions with existing systems and APIs.
