- Vendor/Subcontractor Billing for Structures using AutoCAD and excel.
- Preparation of Cross sections in CALQUAN Software and quantity Takeoff for billing purpose.
- Work Order Preparation in Standard format as well as in SAP Software.
- Tender Estimation.
- Vendor Selection and Registration in SAP.
- Vendor Billing and quantity approval in SAP Software.
- Looking after all material issue for all vendors at site as per work order Conditions and execution of the same in SAP
- Quantities take off from design and drawings for different structures and Highway.
- Preparation of BOQ for Billing and Cost estimation Purpose.
- Borrow area rate and lead measurement selection.
- Preparation of Cross sections in CALQUAN Software and quantity Takeoff for billing purpose.
- Rate Analysis for different activities.
- Reconciliation of All Materials at Site and keeping a check on quantity exceeds beyond allowed wastage.
- Comparison of design vs Final Drawing BOQ Raise and Mark Quantity differences.
