Designation:&nbsp;Operation Executive (Operation Executive_MFSPL_OPS_TRN), Office Location: Job Description Position description: mPokket&nbsp;is a mobile app based lending platform that provides instant and paperless loans. We currently provide micro loans to college students in India. Our technology architecture and processes allow us to seamlessly onboard users, assess risk, disburse and collect funds without any physical interface with our customers. We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated young individuals with good communication skills to join our team as&nbsp;Operation Executives.&nbsp;OEs&nbsp;are required to manage our users by answering product and service related questions to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high user satisfaction. OEs will be the voice of&nbsp;mPokket&nbsp;interacting with our users, to solve product and service issues. Based on the skills, the selected candidate will be placed with our internal processes. Using our technology interface&nbsp;Operation Executives&nbsp;will be responsible to&nbsp;onboard users, assess risk,disburse and collect funds. Requirements <ul><li>Required HS, Bachelor Degree or equivalent</li><li>0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area</li><li>Should be Fluent in English/Hindi/Bengali. Fluency in regional languages such as Tamil, Telugu etc. will be a plus!</li><li>Flexible in Rotational Shift</li><li>Flexible in Shift Timing: 9 AM to 9 PM, 9 hour shift pattern</li></ul>
