Role Summary:
Margadarsi Chit Fund Pvt Ltd seeks a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to spearhead sales and subscriber origination efforts across the states of Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Karnataka & Tamilnadu. The ideal candidate (aged between 40-45 years) will lead a team of field staff, driving new business acquisition while ensuring quality growth in numbers. This role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and hands-on experience in sales and marketing within the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership & Strategy:
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve business acquisition targets.
- Monitor and ensure consistent performance of the field sales team, aligning with organizational goals.
- Set up and manage a Sales Force within the region and ensure strict compliance to internal/external regulatory policies
- Team Management:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the regional field sales team to achieve individual and collective targets.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members.
- Subscriber Origination:
- Drive initiatives to attract new subscribers while retaining existing ones.
- Ensure adherence to high-quality standards in customer acquisition and service.
- Market Analysis & Expansion:
- Conduct market research to identify potential opportunities and emerging trends.
- Expand the subscriber base by exploring new markets and strengthening relationships with stakeholders.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure all regional sales activities comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Key Requirements:
- Educational Qualification: MBA in Finance or related field from a recognized institution.
- Experience: 10-15 years of proven success in sales and marketing within the financial services industry.
- Language Proficiency: Spoken Knowledge of Telugu, Kannada, or Tamil is desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
