Job Description: This is a full-time permanent position for a Lead Conversion Manager. The Lead Conversion Manager, will be responsible for, qualifying prospects, converting leads and onboarding them as customers. They will oversee the implementation of digital marketing campaigns, manage customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Essential Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
● 3-4 years of experience in a customer support role within a sale and target driven environment.
● Proven experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Conversion
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
● Experience in handling teams (5 -10 members)
● Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
● Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment.
● Familiarity with CRM tools, such as Zoho, Salesforce, and Hubspot
● Proficient with MS Office
● Analytical mindset with the ability to extract meaningful insights from data.
● Self-starter with a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
● Prior experience as a call center manager or any managerial position
Roles and Responsibilities
● Leading and motivating the Customer Services Team to achieve success through establishing clear expectations of performance, reviewing individual and team progress and taking proactive action to bring performance back in line where required.
● Recruit, develop and retain the best available talent and provide training and constructive feedback on a regular basis to ensure the team maximizes its contributions to the business
● Working across the business engaging teams and projects, to scope and define Contact Centre activity, establishing frameworks of Operational approach, prioritizing demands from across the organization based upon business need
● Informing improvements to the Customer Support offering and value proposition, ensuring the Customer Services Team is a fully functioning - Insight Engine-, feeding into overall strategy
● Generating and nurturing leads for the organization using different marketing channels
● Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up contacts to move opportunities through the sales funnel
● Organize and keep the lead status updated in the CRM software
● Collaborate with the agency team to ensure a seamless transition from lead acquisition to conversion
● Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for maximum conversion success.
Continuously optimize lead conversion processes to improve efficiency and results.
● Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
● Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new lead generation channels.
