Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior General Manager Administration to join our group company in Hyderabad location. As a member of the senior management team, the General Manager will be responsible for leading administrative functions and ensuring operational excellence. This is a full-time role that requires strong leadership abilities, team management skills, and experience in hotel management.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Leadership skills with proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive organizational success (Mandatory skill).
  • Team Management experience to foster a collaborative environment and manage diverse groups effectively (Mandatory skill).
  • Hotel Management skills to oversee and optimize hospitality-related operations within the company (Mandatory skill).
  • Strategic Planning expertise to develop and implement long-term strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Strong Decision Making skills to guide the company in achieving strategic objectives and mitigating risks.
  • Excellent Communication capabilities to effectively interact with team members, stakeholders, and clients.
  • Advanced Problem Solving skills to identify issues and apply solutions promptly within the administrative domain.
  • Organizational Skills to efficiently manage workload, prioritize tasks, and maintain operational efficiency.
  • Post graduation in Hotel Management.
  • Prior experience in a managerial position in the hotel industry.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee administrative functions to ensure smooth and efficient operations within the organization.
  • Lead and manage the administrative team, providing guidance and support to maximize productivity.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance operational efficiency and achieve company objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain high standards of professionalism.
  • Manage budgets and financial plans, ensuring the cost-effective stewardship of resources.
  • Coordinate with various departments to integrate administrative support into all areas of the organization.
  • Analyze current processes and procedures, recommending improvements and innovations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with external partners, ensuring collaborative and beneficial interactions.
