- Liaise with local agencies and obtain necessary approvals for operations launch
- Identify suitable premises & personnel for increasing branch foot print in the state
- Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the company's market presence and profitability in the designated state.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals to achieve branch-level operational and financial targets consistently.
- Foster strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and regulatory authorities to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee financial performance by analyzing business metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless service and optimize processes for customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies, fostering a culture of accountability.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities to ensure sustained growth and competitive advantage.
