Customer Care Executive (Lead attendance, CRM entry and conversion)
Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Lead Generation Executive to support our Sales team in expanding our customer base and revenue. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment, identifying and engaging with potential clients to drive growth for Prowess Soft.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, Marketing, or Tech/Sales related field.
● Proven experience in lead generation and sales prospecting, particularly in IT
● Familiarity with CRM tools and lead management systems
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset
● Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
● Strong organizational and time-management skills
● Adaptability to fast-paced and dynamic work environments
Roles and responsibilities
● Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products or services.
● Generate interest and build rapport to create opportunities for sales.
● Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being offered.
● Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and unique selling points to potential customers
● Qualify leads by assessing the needs, budget, and decision-making authority of potential customers.
● Identify and prioritize high-potential leads for follow-up.
● Deliver persuasive and compelling sales pitches to potential customers.
● Address customer objections and concerns to overcome resistance and close sales.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
● Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
