Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai, Madurai, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Karur, and Tiruchirappalli. This full-time junior position requires a minimum of one year of experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to expanding our customer base and fostering client relationships, aligned with our mission of being a trusted financial services provider.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with clients and team members, ensuring clear and persuasive communication at all levels.
  • Proven ability in lead generation (Mandatory skill) through diverse channels like networking, digital platforms, and cold calling, delivering qualified leads for business growth.
  • Strong sales skills to identify customer needs, deliver compelling presentations, and successfully close deals, contributing directly to revenue generation.
  • Client Relationship Management proficiency, including building and sustaining positive partnerships, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored solutions.
  • Effective presentation skills to communicate information clearly and engagingly, supporting sales efforts through impactful visual and verbal communication.
  • Marketing experience to identify market trends, execute promotional strategies, and contribute to brand awareness and business development initiatives.
  • Adept in promotional activities, organizing and executing campaigns that enhance customer engagement and drive brand visibility in competitive environments.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach to prospective clients.
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored financial solutions.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets set by the management to achieve business growth objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with company goals and customer requirements.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to both prospective and existing clients, showcasing the value of our financial solutions.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, customer feedback, and market changes to inform strategic decisions.
  • Contribute to the development of promotional and marketing strategies to increase company visibility and customer engagement.
