Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Executive to join our team in Chennai, Madurai, Erode, Tiruppur, Coimbatore, Karur, and Tiruchirappalli. This full-time junior position requires a minimum of one year of experience. The ideal candidate will contribute to expanding our customer base and fostering client relationships, aligned with our mission of being a trusted financial services provider.
Qualifications and Skills
- Exceptional communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with clients and team members, ensuring clear and persuasive communication at all levels.
- Proven ability in lead generation (Mandatory skill) through diverse channels like networking, digital platforms, and cold calling, delivering qualified leads for business growth.
- Strong sales skills to identify customer needs, deliver compelling presentations, and successfully close deals, contributing directly to revenue generation.
- Client Relationship Management proficiency, including building and sustaining positive partnerships, understanding client requirements, and offering tailored solutions.
- Effective presentation skills to communicate information clearly and engagingly, supporting sales efforts through impactful visual and verbal communication.
- Marketing experience to identify market trends, execute promotional strategies, and contribute to brand awareness and business development initiatives.
