Job Overview

We are seeking a Senior VMC Programmer with 7 to 10 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Pune. This is a full-time position requiring expertise in CNC Programming, Injection Molding, and CNC Software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CAD/CAM software, machine operation, tooling knowledge, precision machining, and technical drawing.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in CNC Programming, Injection Molding, and CNC Software (Mandatory skill).
• Extensive experience with CAD/CAM software for designing and manufacturing components.
• Strong machine operation skills, particularly in operating CNC machines.
• Deep knowledge of tooling, including the selection and application of various tools.
• Exceptional precision machining skills to ensure high-quality production standards.
• Ability to interpret and work from technical drawings to produce accurate parts.
• A minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail to troubleshoot and optimize processes.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement CNC programs for Vertical Machining Centers to produce complex components.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC machines to ensure adherence to design specifications.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machinery to prevent downtime.
• Ensure the highest level of precision and quality in all produced parts.
• Optimize machining processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Train and mentor junior operators and programmers in CNC operations and best practices.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in CNC technology and manufacturing processes.
