Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled VMC Operator to join our dynamic team at Marcopolo Products Pvt Ltd in Pune. This is a full-time, mid-level position that requires prior experience in handling VMC operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage VMC machinery, read technical drawings, and perform inspections efficiently.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in operating VMCs (Mandatory skill)
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately (Mandatory skill)
• Strong inspection skills to ensure quality and precision (Mandatory skill)
• Prior experience working in a manufacturing environment
• Solid understanding of VMC software for effective machine operation
• Excellent problem-solving ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Detail-oriented mindset to maintain high standards of production quality
• Basic knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting

Roles and Responsibilities

• Operate and manage Vertical Machining Centers (VMC) to produce high-quality components
• Read and interpret technical drawings to ensure accurate production
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality and precision throughout the production process
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during VMC operations
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to ensure safety and efficiency
• Collaborate with fellow team members to optimize production processes
• Adhere to all relevant health and safety regulations within the manufacturing facility
• Perform routine maintenance on VMC machinery to ensure optimal performance
