Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tool Maker to join our team in Pune. This is a full-time position focused on tool making, manufacturing, and injection molding. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in these areas and contribute to our continuous growth and production excellence.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in manufacturing, tool making, and injection molding (Mandatory skill).
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, ensuring accurate execution of designs.
• Keen attention to detail, enabling meticulous craftsmanship and quality assurance.
• Experience with tool and moulding trials to ensure optimal functionality and performance.
• Strong understanding of injection molding processes, principles, and best practices.
• Ability to handle and operate various tool-making machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Proficient problem-solving skills to diagnose and address issues that may arise during manufacturing.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with engineering and production teams.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and craft tools and molds to meet specific production requirements.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure accurate interpretation of blueprints and technical specifications.
• Conduct tool and moulding trials to verify their function and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain and repair existing tools to ensure they are in optimal working condition.
• Monitor and evaluate the tool-making process, ensuring quality, precision, and adherence to timelines.
• Collaborate with the injection molding team to integrate tools effectively into production processes.
• Stay updated on the latest advancements in tool-making technologies and techniques.
• Maintain a safe and organized workspace, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
