- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures for injection moulding and injection mould manufacturing to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements

- Lead and manage a team of quality control engineers and inspectors to ensure effective execution of quality control activities

- Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to ensure quality is integrated into all aspects of the business

- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement

- Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive quality excellence

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards, such as ISO 9001, IATF

- Represent the company in customer and third-party audits

- Engage in training and learning of employees
