- Support back office functions of the Sales & Marketing team

- Generate leads across platforms and manage data

- Ensure continuous touch points with new leads to generate RFQs

- Create a central repository of all leads and accounts for active CRM

- Map key contacts in each company

- Profile the client's business operations to generate a better understanding of the business

- Plan and manage calendar and events of Department Heads for Sales and Marketing

- Map client activity on a calendar to set up reminders for follow ups, meetings, etc.

- Coordinate between internal teams to deliver RFQ in quick turnaround time and track status of order conversion

- Track status of manufacturing, ensure on-time delivery, and continuous status updates with the client

- Create marketing plan for the company on online and offline platforms and execute

- Track marketing parameters and create plan to improve performance
