Job Description

What we want


  • 10-15 years of experience selling into Large OEMs in Compute, Network and Storage domains.
  • We are looking for a candidate who is proactive and passionate about building strategic and consultative engagements
  • The candidate should be able to penetrate Product Management and Engineering organizations and develop relationships at all levels
  • The candidate should be able to continuously meet and have conversations with various stake holders and identify strategic opportunities aligned to MapleLabs’ business objectives
  • The candidate should have the basic understanding of Compute, Storage and Networking technologies in order to carry out meaningful conversations with the customers.
  • Prior working experience managing large accounts like Cisco, Juniper, Dell, Extreme Networks etc would be an advantage.
  • To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills. You should be resourceful, analytical, adaptable, and organized with the ability to build rapport with clients.

 

What candidate should have

  • Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
  • Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by acquiring new clients too
  • Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
  • Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics

 

Qualification

  • B.Tech in CS/IS/ECE preferrable
  • MBA in Sales and Marketing would be a plus but not mandatory
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Adaptability and strong problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent active listening skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and collaborate with others within the company and externally.
