HIRING FOR SALES MANAGERS | HVAC SALES | AIR FILTERS SALES

Job Location: Hyderabad
Experience: Atleast 3-5 years of prior experience in selling HVAC Sales/ Air Filters Sales/ AHU's
CTC: 4-5 LPA plus incentivesJob description
Manadatory Requirements (must haves for the position):
· Bachelors or diploma in mechanical engineering
. The candidate should have prior experience of at least 3-5 years in HVAC Sales
. Candidates with prior experience in selling Air Filters or worked previously in the filtration segment are preferrable
. The candidate should understand the working of HVAC, AHU’s and should have worked in Sales related to the same
· The candidate should have prior experience of generating leads, winning accounts, and identifying sales opportunities
· Open to learning & exploring to keep abreast of sales trends, new technologies and activities in our industry
. The candidate should have some basic knowledge of filtration/ separation techniques
· The candidate should possess basic computer literacy should know basics of excel, PowerPoint & word
. The candidate should be able to speak English & Hindi at good proficiency
. Active listener and clear communicator
Roles & Responsibilities:
· The candidate should travel to Data Centers/ Office Spaces, Large Commercial Establishments and other segments to market products related to Air-Filtration and discuss its importance with the customers to market the product
· Acquisition of new and development of existing customers in Data Centers, Office Spaces, Malls, Large Commercial Establishments & other segments whichever the company deems necessary.
· The candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities with the allotted market segments
· Providing monthly order forecasts with clear accountability on achieving it.
· Drive value selling and value communication actions at key accounts.
· Establish and maintain broad network and key relationships with customers, associates, influencers, and other industry contacts
· The candidate should possess basic technical knowledge to answer any customer queries or requirements
· Understand customer requirements and offer correct product/technology solutions.
· Ensure timely submission of technical and commercial offers.
· Regular follow up with customers to conclude the order
· Conducting seminars/training programs to educate customers along with demonstration of products.
· Coordination/Teamwork with Principles, supply chain & Service teams to ensure fulfilment of order to customer satisfaction.
· Monitor and analyse competition activities in the sales territory
